Lift Location Possibilities

MANY LIFT LOCATION POSSIBILITIES

Standard
The most common location. The lift travels through a floor opening from a downstairs room, arriving upstairs (typically in a bedroom).
Stairwell Void or Landing
If there is room in the turn of a staircase, this location makes use of the “dead space” in a stairwell void, making the lift even more unobtrusive.
Closet
Thanks to the compact nature of a Stiltz HomeLift, you can choose to have your lift completely hidden by installing it inside a closet on one or both floors, as layout permits.
Sloping or Vaulted Ceilings
Our vertical rails attach to a horizontal surface. But if you have a vaulted ceiling, a contractor can provide clever solutions to overcoming angled ceilings.
Garage
A Stiltz HomeLift allows quick and safe access from a garage into your home – great for carrying groceries. (This requires the construction of a simple shaft in the garage.)
Thru-Car
The Thru-Car is unique to Stiltz HomeLifts. Enter and exit through opposite sides of the lift car – ideal for balcony applications, or bi-level homes where a 3-stop lift is needed.
