We are the only company using the revolutionary C.H.A.S.E. (Complete Home Accessibility and Safety Evaluation) to thoroughly analyze your home. This evaluation breaks down every area of the house (inside and out) in order to investigate items such as:

This is just a small list of some of the items the evaluation covers. Aging-In-Place Remodeling uses the 50 page C.H.A.S.E. form to get a complete picture of your home. We then use it to write a report that will be given to you so that you have a clear picture of problem areas and how your home can be made safer for you and more inviting to your guests. This report will go room by room and explain areas of concern and how the problems can be remedied through repair or installation of certain products.

The cost of the evaluation is based on the homes square footage:

0-2000 sq. ft. = $295
2000-4000 sq. ft. = $395

Homes more than 4000 sq. ft., multi-unit residences, and businesses are priced on a case-by-case basis.
