Aging-In-Place Remodeling works with clients on several different levels depending on your needs. First, if a client has a product or service they are interested in and would like implemented we are more than happy to provide that product and/or service. Our second level of service is a 50 page whole-house evaluation known simply as C.H.A.S.E. (Complete Home Accessibility and Safety Evaluation). This evaluation is different than the traditional home inspection in the fact that instead of looking for structural defects, we are focusing on how to make your home a safer more accessible environment with special emphasis on Trip/Fall prevention. The C.H.A.S.E. is very comprehensive and covers both the interior and exterior of your home. Aging-In-Place Remodeling is the only company providing the C.H.A.S.E. evaluation. We often receive praise from clients who never realized the number of potential hazards in their homes.

Once a client has identified the problem areas within their home (either on their own or with the C.H.A.S.E.), Aging-In-Place Remodeling has a list of hundreds of products and services available to address those areas of concern. At Aging-In-Place Remodeling we work with our clients to seamlessly implement our products and services within their homes without an “institutional” feel. For this reason, we carry both standard industry items (such as Stainless steel grab bars, white walk-in tubs, etc.) as well as items with more decorative finishes and/or custom designs.
